I don’t read where you were before the return flight ! when it’s possible I would prefer now to travel with TGV (Train grande vitesse also Eurostar !)that with a plane. it’s much efficient !
for example tomorrow I have to do in Paris It’s only one hour from Lille and I am already in center instead of 2:30 with my car until to the “gates” from Paris !

We were coming in from Dusseldorf on Thursday, supposed to continue to Capetown. Suppose what? BA’s wonderful T5 lost my husbands wheelchair (not to talk about all other luggage) - so today, (it’s Friday evening) were back to home in Germany, no holidays in Southafrica, the wheelchair still lost (not to mention the rest of our luggage). Any words of sorry from BA? Nope. I fully agree with your views!
