I couldn't agree more Tammy! It is perfect for projects, reorganization, resource planning, long running disputes where there are many stakeholders. I never cease to be delighted at the imagination and creativity generated by this process. As Harrison Owen often says: the planet has been self-organizing for billions of years and rather well.

Open Space Technology is well worth learning! I've conducted a number of OST events over the years as part of my portfolio of services and each and every one of them has been a powerful testament to the ways creativity and thinking can be unleashed with self-organized groups.
