It is a tradition in my family to light a candle on Christmas morning to bring all those who cannot be with us physically, into our hearts. A couple of years ago, this was our Christmas morning candle which we placed on the hearth (heart in the home). A few hours later, this is what it looked like.
To all my conflict resolution friends around the World, thank you for your fellowship throughout the year. It is a privilege to be part of such a wonderful community and I look forward to conversations and projects yet to come.
May you all enjoy the spirit of the season.
