Protected: Mediation Training Patras
Hi,
I just downloaded the mp4 file, but the sound is quite low (although I put the volume at 100%). I used my headphones and it is better but stil not very good.
Anyway, I then tried to download the quicktime file and the site just "through me out" (twice).
So
1) Is there a problem with the file, or its something else?
2) Given the importance of the opening session, could it be possible for either (or ideally both) of you to record an opening speach and upload it?

I have just downloaded the MP4 file and it plays well and clearly. Please check that you have the volume on full on your computer settings, your Real Player settings, and also on your speakers?

thanks for the tip.
I after it searched the real player and changed the settings of the equaliser to + 18dB (it was at 0) and then, it worked.
The output was set at +18dB which is the normal top end level so I can see why it might not work if you had it set to 0! Thank goodness you knew where to look. Well done. Hope you enjoy.
The link to the Quicktime version is now fixed. If anyone else has a problem with the volume can you let me know please. The output was fine when I edited it but if others have a problem I will recalibrate.
